SR2 came to us with a logo and an idea for a recruitment company that genuinely cared for their candidates, clients and consultants as well as giving something back to the local community. The founders wanted to create a feeling of fun and excitement to attract new talent within the IT community… You won’t see a suit or tie in this office, so we developed a fresh, bold and energetic brand, website and various pieces of print material which is helping them go from strength to strength, and continue to work with them helping whenever required.
Web Design & Build
We wanted to create something a bit different for this brand so that it would really stand out in quite a saturated market. This led us to using a range of dogs throughout the website and marketing all beautifully shot and each having their own element of fun. These dogs combined with the eroded, rough and impactful brand font always combining the brand colours mean that all brand touchpoints are instantly recognised as SR2.
SR2 invested heavily into Broadbean, a commonly used tool in the recruitment industry. To help streamline their process for advertising job postings we integrated their new website with the service to pull jobs through automatically and added custom filters for candidates to search for new roles, naturally ensuring the experience was as seamless on mobile as it was on desktop.
Pete has been working with me from day one before SR2 was even launched. He has helped me develop the brand from the ground up and supported me with every touchpoint we have.
